What we collect

1825.capital is a static informational website. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not run any analytics scripts in your browser. Some data is nevertheless processed as a technical necessity of operating the site:

• Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs IP addresses and basic request metadata for security, performance, and aggregated traffic analytics. This happens on Netlify's servers only - no cookies or scripts are placed in your browser.
• Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may process visitors' IP addresses.

Legal basis

We process this data under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website.

How we use email

If you contact us at contact@1825.capital, we store your message and any personal information you include only for as long as needed to respond and maintain the conversation. We do not use email addresses for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
